Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

We specialise in placing education professionals across London and the Home Counties, and we’re looking for bright, motivated graduates to help us grow. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build relationships with both schools and candidates, promote top talent to the market, and play a key role in growing our brand.

This is a varied and people-focused role that combines marketing, communication, business development, and candidate care. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support – with uncapped earning potential and clear career progression.

What’s on Offer?

• £22,000–£26,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission – first-year OTE £50,000–£80,000
• Office-based (4 days) with 1 day WFH after Successful Probation

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Marketing standout candidates to schools across the region
• Promoting the JobsinED brand via engaging candidate and client outreach
• Managing and developing your own recruitment desk
• Creating job adverts, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the process
• Supporting the growth of a high-performing, specialist education recruitment team

Who We’re Looking For:

• A confident, articulate graduate (ideally 2:1 or above)
• Excellent people skills and a passion for relationship-building
• Energetic, persuasive, and driven to exceed targets
• Comfortable communicating across phone, email, and digital platforms
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• No experience needed – full training provided
