What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom routines and preparation
- Running small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics (KS1) or topic work (KS2)
- Providing 1:1 academic or pastoral support for pupils with additional needs
- Encouraging engagement, independence and confidence in learning
- Assisting with learning displays, resources and enrichment activities
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment
