What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom routines and preparation
  • Running small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics (KS1) or topic work (KS2)
  • Providing 1:1 academic or pastoral support for pupils with additional needs
  • Encouraging engagement, independence and confidence in learning
  • Assisting with learning displays, resources and enrichment activities
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment
