What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters and contracts, liaising with candidates
- Maintaining HR records and employee databases securely and accurately
- Responding to HR-related enquiries via email and in person
- Assisting with onboarding tasks, such as references, DBS checks, and induction paperwork
- Supporting administration for payroll, absence management, and contractual changes
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and safeguarding requirements
- Collaborating with the HR team to support smooth daily operations
