Elite Sixth Form is seeking a committed and driven Graduate Mentor to support our sixth form students in Lewisham, South East London. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about working with young people and looking to gain valuable school-based experience. As a Graduate Mentor, you will play a key part in student development, providing tailored academic guidance and supporting aspirations for higher education and careers. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing one-to-one and small group mentoring support to KS5 students
- Assisting with academic progress tracking and offering strategies for improvement
- Supporting students in developing effective study habits and time management
- Helping students prepare university applications, CVs, and personal statements
- Working closely with the pastoral and academic teams to ensure student wellbeing
- Promoting a positive learning environment and building strong student relationships
