Elite Sixth Form in Lewisham is seeking a passionate and driven Graduate Mentor to support our ambitious sixth form students. What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will provide academic and pastoral mentoring to our sixth form learners, helping them to stay on track with their studies and reach their full potential. Your day-to-day activities will include one-to-one support sessions, small group work, and monitoring student progress. You will work closely with teaching staff and the pastoral team to deliver targeted support that fosters confidence, resilience and achievement.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a recent graduate who is enthusiastic, caring and committed to helping young people succeed. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong academic background, and a desire to work in education. Previous experience mentoring or working with young people is desirable, but not essential. Most importantly, you’ll be motivated, reliable, and passionate about supporting students’ development during this important phase of their education.
