What You’ll Be Doing
You will support students in Key Stage 5 by delivering targeted mentoring sessions focused on academic achievement, personal development, and future planning. This includes one-to-one mentoring, small group interventions, and providing general classroom support where needed. You will work alongside teaching staff and pastoral leads to ensure students are confident, motivated, and well-prepared for next steps. Your role will also involve helping students cultivate study skills, boosting their confidence, and offering guidance through their university or career pathway.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a personable, proactive and dedicated graduate who is eager to contribute to student success. You will ideally have a degree in a relevant subject, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people. Previous tutoring, mentoring or school-based experience is advantageous but not essential. Most importantly, you will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to helping young people thrive.
