What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Mentor, you will work closely with individual and small groups of Sixth Form students, providing mentorship, academic support, and pastoral guidance across different subjects. You will play a key role in building students' confidence, helping them stay on track with their studies, and preparing them for higher education or further training. Working under the support and direction of experienced teachers and tutors, you’ll help create a structured and nurturing environment that enables every student to thrive.
Ideal Candidate
- A recent graduate with a strong academic background
- Passionate about working with young people and helping them succeed
- Able to build positive, professional relationships with students and staff
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and patient individual
- Previous experience in education, mentoring or tutoring is desirable but not essential
