What You’ll Be Doing
As a Science Teacher at Bright Future High, you will plan and deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons that inspire curiosity and academic progress. With a key focus on KS4 and KS5, you will adapt your teaching methods to suit various learning styles, helping students achieve their full potential. You will also provide mentoring support to students, offer high-quality feedback, and contribute to a collaborative department committed to cross-curricular growth and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching Science at secondary level, preferably up to KS5. You will possess strong subject knowledge in at least one core Science discipline and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate students will be key to success in this role.
