What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons to Key Stage 4 and 5 students in line with the national curriculum. You will plan and assess learning to a high standard, provide mentorship to individual students, and contribute positively to department initiatives. Working closely with a dynamic science department, you will help to cultivate curiosity and critical thinking among pupils, inspiring them to explore the scientific world with confidence and enthusiasm.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a passionate, qualified Science Teacher who brings creativity and commitment to every lesson. You should have:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- Strong subject knowledge across KS4 and KS5 science curricula
- Experience planning and delivering effective, inclusive lessons
- A proactive approach to student mentoring and pastoral care
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
