What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Teaching Assistant at Maplewood Academy, you will provide essential classroom support to teachers and students. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with lesson preparation, helping pupils to engage with activities, and supporting individual learning needs. You will contribute to the smooth running of lessons and work closely with teaching staff to ensure students flourish in a positive, respectful environment.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is proactive, patient and enthusiastic about working with secondary-aged pupils. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential if you bring energy and a genuine passion for education. Strong communication and organisational skills will be important, along with a flexible and team-focused attitude.
