What You’ll Be Doing
As a Teaching Assistant at Maplewood Academy, you will be working across KS3 and KS4, supporting classroom teaching and helping students to access the curriculum. You’ll assist with lesson preparation, manage small group activities, and provide one-to-one support where required. Your role will also involve working with teaching staff to ensure lessons run smoothly and offering pastoral assistance as needed.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong interest in education. Experience supporting young people in a school setting is desirable, but not essential.
