Ameer is a personable and motivated Behaviour Mentor with a strong foundation in mentoring, youth leadership and emotional support. A BA (Hons) Acting graduate from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, he brings confidence, empathy and excellent communication skills to his work with young people. Inspired by his previous experience supporting individuals through the DWP Restart Programme, he is now keen to gain further experience working with children in a school setting.

While still exploring his long-term pathway within education, he is particularly interested in teaching and pastoral roles and is eager to immerse himself in a Behaviour Mentor position where he can make a meaningful impact from day one.
