Caitlin is a charismatic and committed Early Career Teacher with a BA in Primary Education from St Mary’s University and a strong portfolio of experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Having taught in a range of settings, including mainstream, SEN-focused, and inner-city schools, she brings adaptability, warmth, and creativity to the classroom. Caitlin is currently seeking either a permanent role from January or a long-term opportunity through to the end of the academic year.
She is eager to join a school where she can inspire young learners and continue growing as a practitioner within a supportive team.

Experience Summary
Caitlin brings a breadth of classroom experience across all primary stages, having taken on both teaching assistant and full-class teaching responsibilities during her training. She has worked in a wide range of settings including Year 1, Year 4, and Year 6 classrooms, as well as EYFS and specialist support environments.
- Planned and delivered full sequences of lessons in Year 1 and KS2, focusing on continuity, progression, and pupil engagement.
- Developed behaviour management strategies tailored to transitions and classroom energy, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
