Drew – Experienced Teaching Assistant | HLTA | SEND Specialist
Drew is an experienced Teaching Assistant and qualified teacher (QTS) with extensive experience supporting children and young people with autism, SEND and additional learning needs across mainstream, specialist and international education settings. Having recently returned from Japan, where he worked as an Assistant Language Teacher in elementary schools, Drew combines strong classroom experience with specialist expertise in behaviour support, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and inclusive practice.
He is now seeking a Teaching Assistant or HLTA position from September where he can continue helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally within a nurturing and supportive school environment.

Experience Summary
Drew has built extensive experience supporting pupils with SEND across mainstream primary schools, specialist provisions, home-based programmes and international settings. - Extensive experience supporting pupils with autism, SEND and additional learning needs across KS1 and KS2
- Currently supports pupils within Specialist Resource Provision and mainstream classrooms, adapting learning and promoting successful inclusion
