Festina is a passionate and driven Psychology graduate with extensive experience supporting the emotional, behavioural and academic development of young people. With a background as an Inclusion Lead and Behaviour Support Worker, she brings a strong commitment to creating safe, inclusive environments where students feel understood and able to succeed.

Festina is now seeking a school-based role where she can continue to develop within pastoral and inclusion, with a long-term ambition to train as a Psychology or Sociology teacher.
