Gadina is an experienced and highly successful primary senior leader with over 20 years' experience across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including a decade as an Assistant Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead. With a proven track record of driving school improvement, developing high-quality teaching and learning, and leading curriculum innovation, she is now seeking a Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Headteacher position in London from September.

Gadina has over two decades of primary education experience, including ten years in senior leadership roles overseeing teaching and learning, safeguarding, curriculum development and whole-school improvement. She has successfully coached staff, led strategic initiatives, deputised for Headteachers and supported schools in delivering consistently high standards of education.

  • Ten years' experience as Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Quality of Education, safeguarding and school improvement
  • Currently Year 2 Teacher and Year Group Lead, leading curriculum planning, assessment and pupil progress across the year group
  • Extensive experience as Designated Safeguarding Lead, managing safeguarding systems, referrals and multi-agency working
  • Led curriculum development, lesson observations, learning walks, book scrutinies and quality assurance activities
  • Experienced in coaching, mentoring, appraisal and delivering whole-school CPD to develop teaching and leadership capacity
  • Strong expertise in early reading, phonics, assessment, SEND provision and inclusive practice
  • Successfully analysed school performance data to drive strategic improvement and raise pupil outcomes
  • Confident working with governors, local authorities, parents and external agencies while deputising for the Headteacher
