Harman is a confident, charismatic and personable First-Class Psychology graduate who is excited to begin his career supporting children and young people with SEND. With a strong academic understanding of behaviour, development and individual differences, alongside Makaton knowledge and practical tutoring experience, he has the foundations to make a real impact as an LSA or SEN Teaching Assistant.

Experience Summary
