Lily is a calm, empathetic and engaging graduate from Anglia Ruskin University, seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role from September. With hands-on experience supporting autistic pupils in a specialist school and personal insight through her brother’s autism, Lily brings both professional and lived understanding to SEN education. Experience Summary
Lily recently worked as an ABA Tutor at Snowflake School, providing individualised support for children with autism. This experience gave her deep practical insight into how to assist with communication, behaviour regulation, and classroom inclusion. Her creativity and patience, combined with strong communication and observational skills, make her an excellent candidate for SEN roles in either primary or secondary settings.
