Lukas is an ambitious and charismatic Primary trainee currently completing his PGCE with QTS at the University of Nottingham, and he is now seeking a permanent Upper Key Stage 2 ECT position for September 2026. Confident, reflective and driven, he thrives in the pace and challenge of upper KS2 and brings a calm authority to the classroom.
With experience teaching up to 80% of a Year 5/6 timetable in a diverse urban school, Lukas combines high expectations with warmth and authenticity, enabling pupils to feel both supported and stretched.

Experience Summary
Lukas has gained extensive and varied school experience during his teacher training, developing strong expertise across Upper KS2 and inclusive practice. Teaching the majority of a Year 5/6 timetable in a diverse setting has strengthened his curriculum knowledge, behaviour management and ability to drive pupil progress.
