Experience Summary

Martha combines strong academic understanding of child development with rich, hands-on classroom experience across both primary and secondary settings. Having worked extensively as a Learning Support Assistant before qualifying as a teacher, she developed deep expertise in supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, selective mutism, EAL and complex SEMH needs. Now teaching Year 3 as an ECT, she is a confident, reflective practitioner who builds structured, nurturing classrooms where children feel safe, capable and inspired to succeed.

  • Currently teaching Year 3, planning and delivering creative, carefully scaffolded lessons that ensure full curriculum access for pupils with a wide range of needs.
