Melita is a Cambridge English graduate with an excellent academic background and substantial experience in mentoring, pastoral support, student leadership and educational outreach. Through mentoring A Level students from underrepresented backgrounds and supporting younger students through admissions and university transition programmes, she has developed a calm, encouraging and personable approach to helping young people build confidence and achieve their potential. Her English degree provides a strong foundation for supporting literacy, English and humanities learning, while her extensive welfare and leadership responsibilities demonstrate maturity, empathy and excellent judgement.
