Michelle is an experienced and highly effective primary teacher and middle leader with over 20 years of experience across both primary and secondary education. Throughout her career, she has successfully combined outstanding classroom practice with strategic leadership responsibilities, driving improvements in teaching, learning, curriculum development and inclusion. Passionate about ensuring every child receives the support and challenge they need to succeed, Michelle has extensive experience working with pupils from diverse backgrounds, including those with SEND, EAL, SEMH needs and disadvantaged circumstances.
She is now seeking a permanent leadership opportunity from September 2026 where she can continue contributing to whole-school improvement while maintaining a strong presence in the classroom.
