Miss J is a highly accomplished and forward-thinking SEND specialist who has built her career within a leading specialist autism school in London, progressing from an Early Career Teacher to a key phase and curriculum leader. Since qualifying in 2019, she has developed extensive expertise in supporting pupils with complex needs while also contributing strategically to whole-school provision.

- BSc (Hons) Childhood Studies: University of Bristol - Upper Second Class
- A Levels: English Literature (B), Psychology (B), History (B)

- Leads the EYFS and KS1 phase, overseeing teaching, provision and staff development to ensure consistently high-quality SEND practice across the phase.

- Mentors trainee and early career teachers, modelling best practice and supporting professional development across the school.
- Designed and implemented a bespoke PSHE curriculum tailored for autistic learners, supporting wellbeing, social communication and emotional development.
- Contributes to EHCP reviews and SEND processes, ensuring provision and targets remain accurate, impactful and responsive to pupil needs.
