Naajix is an experienced and dedicated Mathematics teacher with over ten years of experience across secondary education, tuition and academic support. Currently serving as KS4 Mathematics Lead, he has built a strong reputation for raising attainment, designing impactful intervention programmes and supporting pupils of all abilities to achieve success. Passionate about inclusive education, Naajix has extensive experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, EAL and low prior attainment, ensuring every learner receives the support and challenge needed to thrive.
