Experience Summary

- Currently working as a Nursery Officer in a London primary school, supporting the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS provision both indoors and outdoors
- Leads weekly speech and language interventions, using recognised screening tools to identify needs early and deliver targeted, impactful support
- Trained Forest School Leader, designing and delivering outdoor learning experiences that build resilience, confidence, and independence
- Skilled in observing and assessing pupil progress, adapting activities to meet individual developmental needs and ensure inclusive practice
- Previous experience as a nanny and childcare practitioner across a wide age range (4 months–17 years), developing strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Works closely with colleagues and families to create a supportive, communicative environment around each child
