  • Strong background in data collection and outcome monitoring using tools such as CORE-10 and WEMWBS.
  • Provided person-centred support as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence and engagement.
  • Current volunteer with Shout, delivering crisis support through active listening and de-escalation techniques.
