Nooshin is a passionate and engaging Early Career Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status and experience across both Early Years and primary settings. Having completed her PGCE at UCL Institute of Education with a specialism in Modern Foreign Languages, she brings a strong focus on communication, language development and inclusive practice.
Nooshin is committed to creating nurturing, structured environments where children feel confident, supported and motivated to learn, and is now seeking a teaching role where she can continue to develop her practice and contribute to a high-performing school.

Experience Summary
Nooshin brings a strong blend of Early Years leadership experience and classroom teaching, with a clear focus on pupil progress, inclusive practice and high-quality provision. She is confident working across EYFS and KS1, with additional experience in KS2, and has demonstrated strong outcomes and leadership potential early in her career.
- Currently part of a Senior Leadership Team within a nursery setting, leading educational provision across multiple rooms and ensuring high-quality learning aligned with the Early Years Framework.
- Taught as a Year 3 Class Teacher, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and achieving strong outcomes including high levels of Greater Depth in Maths.
- Uses assessment effectively to inform planning and support pupil progress, with a clear understanding of Intent, Implementation and Impact.
- Strong experience supporting SEND, including working 1:1 with a non-verbal pupil with ASD and developing tailored communication strategies.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues to support learning, wellbeing and behaviour.
