Olivia is a warm, committed, and enthusiastic aspiring teacher who is ready to make a real impact as a Primary Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant. With a strong academic background in History and hands-on experience supporting children in both UK classrooms and international settings, Olivia brings empathy, adaptability, and drive to every role she takes on.
She is currently seeking a full-time TA or LSA role to begin immediately, ahead of her planned teacher training with Teach First. Olivia is eager to join a school where she can contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment and help pupils thrive both academically and personally.

From supporting early years development in Guatemala to leading group activities in UK primary schools, she is a proactive, reflective and caring practitioner who thrives in busy, purposeful environments.
- Volunteered with Kids Alive International in Guatemala, supporting vulnerable children with learning, play, and emotional wellbeing across a wide age range.
- Assisted KS1 classrooms at East Acton Primary School, leading reading groups, supporting children with additional needs, and building confidence through structured support.
- Provided informal care for young children as a babysitter, developing intuitive understanding of developmental stages and behaviour management.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships, communicate effectively across language barriers (basic Spanish), and adapt to children’s varied needs and backgrounds.
