Paula is an accomplished and highly respected primary education professional with over 20 years of experience spanning classroom teaching, senior leadership and headship. Having successfully served as a Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion Leader, she has an outstanding track record of raising standards, leading school improvement and creating inclusive environments where pupils and staff flourish.
Now looking to return to the classroom, Paula is seeking a Primary Teacher role from September, while remaining open to Assistant Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher opportunities where she can continue to make a strategic impact.
