  • Currently Curriculum Manager across multiple post-16 sites, leading curriculum strategy, quality assurance and programme implementation across London and the South East.
  • Former Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Sixth Form and Year 11, significantly improving outcomes including raising Sixth Form grades from D to B and increasing Combined Science pass rates.
  • Led improvements in high-attaining pupil progress, shifting outcomes from significantly below to above national benchmarks.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing whole-school systems, including as a founding senior leader establishing a new secondary school to full capacity.
