SEN Teacher – Inclusion Room Role in Brent Primary School
A nurturing and well-resourced primary school in Brent is seeking a skilled SEN Teacher to join their Rainbow Inclusion Room – a dedicated provision for children with autism and complex needs. Starting this September, this full-time position offers a rare opportunity to work in a leading school under one of Brent’s most respected headteachers.
This role will place you at the heart of a specialist classroom, teaching 8 pupils with tailored support from 4 experienced SEN Teaching Assistants. If you have prior SEN experience and are looking to make a genuine impact, this SEN Teacher position is ideal. The post may evolve into a permanent contract by January or September 2026.

- Daily rate: £150 – £200 (depending on experience)
- Based in a ‘Good’ primary school with excellent resources

- 8 pupils per class, supported by 4 SEN TAs

What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging, accessible lessons tailored for SEN learners
- Managing a structured and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborating closely with TAs and SEND specialists
- Using personalised strategies to support autism and complex needs
- Monitoring and reporting pupil progress
- Communicating with parents and multi-agency teams
