This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychology graduate or someone with a related degree who aspires to work in education or child development. You’ll play a key role in assisting teachers, supporting pupils’ learning, and contributing to a positive school environment.
Key Highlights:
- Graduate Teaching Assistant – start immediately

- Full-time, term-time position until July 2026
- Daily pay rate from £95 to £110 depending on experience
- Supporting secondary school pupils in the classroom, 1:1, or in small groups
- OFSTED ‘Good’ rated secondary school with a strong focus on inclusion and pupil development
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
- Supporting pupils with academic tasks, study skills, and revision
- Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independent learning
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support where needed
- Helping with preparation of classroom resources and displays
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for this Hammersmith and Fulham School:
- Psychology graduate, or someone with a similar degree and career aspirations
- Warm, patient, and proactive in supporting young learners
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with secondary school pupils desirable
- Committed to full-time, term-time work until July 2026
