What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and coordinating SEND provision school-wide, from early identification to tailored support
- Collaborating with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every learner’s needs are met and ambitions realised
- Designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact interventions for students with EHCPs and additional needs
- Managing the SEND team, empowering TAs and LSAs to deliver extraordinary support
- Overseeing statutory compliance, reviewing outcomes, and driving continual improvement
- Reporting directly to SLT and governing body on SEND progress and strategic development
