What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN

  • Promoting emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence
  • Assisting with EHCP targets and monitoring progress
  • Creating a safe, engaging space for all pupils to thrive

Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Bexley School:

  • A graduate with a 2:1 degree or above – psychology or education background advantageous
  • Passionate about inclusive education and supporting children with SEN
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to varied classroom needs
  • Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

  • Experience with SEN (personal or professional) is highly desirable
