What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering targeted interventions (1:1 or small-group) in core subjects
• Supporting pupil revision, exam preparation and extension learning
• Collaborating with subject teachers and tracking progress data
• Helping to design supportive strategies, resources and feedback loops
• Building strong relationships with pupils, boosting motivation and outcomes

Ideal Academic Mentor for this Central London School:

• Graduate, strong degree (2:1 or better preferred)
• Experience tutoring or mentoring young people beneficial
• Passionate about pupil success, data-driven and resilient
• Confident communicator and collaborator
