What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering targeted intervention sessions in key subjects
• Supporting GCSE preparation, revision and pupil stretch
• Collaborating with subject teachers and SENCo to refine strategies
• Tracking student progress, reporting and adapting support
• Building strong, motivational relationships with pupils
