What You’ll Be Doing:
- Offering 1:1 and small group mentoring for pupils with SEMH diagnoses
 - Supporting pupils with daily routines, transitions, and emotional regulation
 - Reinforcing behaviour plans and de-escalation protocols in and out of class
 - Collaborating with in-house therapists, pastoral leads, and external agencies
 - Acting as a consistent adult role model, building trust over time
 - Supporting students to rebuild confidence, resilience, and academic engagement
