- Delivering 1:1 and group behaviour mentoring for identified pupils
- Supporting classroom engagement by modelling and reinforcing strategies
- Implementing bespoke intervention plans in collaboration with SENCO
- Liaising with teachers, pastoral teams, and external agencies
- Monitoring, tracking, and celebrating student progress and achievements
- Championing inclusivity and emotional wellbeing at every opportunity
