What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering bespoke 1:1 and group interventions to drive positive behaviour change
  • Supporting students at risk of disengagement to re-engage with learning
  • Collaborating daily with SENCOs, Heads of Year, and Speech & Language Therapists
  • Monitoring student progress and adapting support strategies dynamically
  • Developing tailored behaviour plans and contributing to EHCP reviews
  • Championing school values inside and outside the classroom
  • Setting exemplary standards for student conduct, resilience, and emotional regulation
