  • Working 1:1 and in small groups, delivering targeted behaviour interventions
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with students experiencing SEMH or behavioural barriers
  • Collaborating with SENCOs, teachers, and outside agencies for tailored student support
  • Monitoring progress, adapting strategies, and maintaining comprehensive records
