Behaviour Support Assistant – Join a High-Achieving Hounslow Secondary

This Outstanding secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a proactive and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Support Assistant to provide 1:1 guidance to a Year 7 pupil who needs help navigating the transition to secondary school.
This role goes beyond classroom support — you’ll play a key role in mentoring, regulating, and guiding a student with emerging behaviour needs, supported by a specialist pastoral and inclusion team.

- Supporting emotional regulation and social boundaries
- Helping manage movement between classes and breaks calmly
- Supporting learning tasks with redirection and reassurance
- Liaising with staff to implement behaviour plans and rewards
- Acting as a positive, consistent role model every day
Ideal Behaviour Support Assistant For this Hounslow School:
