Your Role as a Compliance Assistant:

Supporting the compliance and HR teams, you will help ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date and in line with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring and updating compliance records across multiple schools
  • Assisting with safeguarding, HR, and GDPR compliance processes
  • Liaising with school staff and leadership teams to ensure policies are implemented correctly
  • Preparing reports and supporting audits to ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of training and certifications

What the MAT is Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in compliance, HR, or education administration is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Understanding of safeguarding and GDPR policies (or willingness to learn)
