What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting English teachers with lesson delivery, marking, and classroom management
  • Leading small group reading and writing interventions, especially for GCSE preparation
  • Offering 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs in English
  • Encouraging student engagement, discussion, and independent thinking
  • Assisting with creative writing clubs, reading groups or enrichment projects
  • Helping foster a love of language and literature throughout the school

Ideal English Graduate Teaching Assistant For This Ealing School:

  • A degree in English Literature, English Language or a related humanities subject
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
