What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the EYFS teacher in delivering daily routines, phonics, and early numeracy sessions
 - Leading 1:1 and small group interventions in communication, social skills, and early learning
 - Encouraging confidence, independence, and creativity through structured play and exploration
 - Helping set up engaging learning areas and EYFS activities indoors and outdoors
 - Assisting with behaviour management, learning journals, and child observations
 - Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN, EAL, SEMH) under teacher/SENCO guidance
 
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for This Lambeth School:
- Graduate with a 2:1 or above, ideally in education, psychology, or a child-focused subject
 - Passionate about early years development and inclusive education
 - Friendly, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with young children
 - Previous experience in a nursery, school, or childcare setting is highly desirable
 - Committed to full-time hours from September 2025 through July 2026
