What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing targeted 1:1 and small group academic support
  • Assisting students across a range of subjects, including core areas
  • Supporting lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Monitoring pupil progress and fostering engagement
  • Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to enhance pupil outcomes

Ideal Graduate Academic Mentor for this Southwark School:

  • Recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher (Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or related field)
  • Strong A-levels and a commitment to pupil development
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to gain school-based experience
  • Available full-time until July 2026
