What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing targeted 1:1 and small group academic support
- Assisting students across a range of subjects, including core areas
- Supporting lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
- Monitoring pupil progress and fostering engagement
- Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to enhance pupil outcomes
Ideal Graduate Academic Mentor for this Southwark School:
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher (Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or related field)
- Strong A-levels and a commitment to pupil development
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to gain school-based experience
- Available full-time until July 2026
