What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group academic support across core subjects
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
  • Delivering targeted interventions to boost student confidence and attainment
  • Supporting pupil engagement, wellbeing, and motivation
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

Ideal Graduate Academic Mentor for this Camden School:

  • Recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher (Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or related field)
  • Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
