What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the EYFS class teacher with daily routines and early learning activities
  • Assisting with phonics, number recognition, language development and play-based learning
  • Encouraging social interaction, turn-taking, and independence
  • Supporting children with additional needs or language barriers
  • Helping maintain a safe, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
  • Contributing to displays, learning journals, and outdoor learning activities

Ideal Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant For This Tower Hamlets School:

  • A graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for early childhood education
  • Friendly, patient and confident working with nursery and reception-aged children
