  • Creating tailored visual, sensory, and communication-based resources
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and SENCo to develop support plans
  • Promoting inclusion, safety, and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day

Ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant For this Ealing School:

  • A graduate with a 2:1 or higher and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure
  • Skilled in using CPOMs and Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, etc.)
