- Creating tailored visual, sensory, and communication-based resources
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and SENCo to develop support plans
- Promoting inclusion, safety, and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day
Ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant For this Ealing School:
- A graduate with a 2:1 or higher and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure
- Skilled in using CPOMs and Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, etc.)
- Open to learning de-escalation and trauma-informed practices
