What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with EHCPs or identified SEN needs
• Supporting students with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or emotional/behavioural challenges
• Collaborating with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver targeted interventions
• Assisting with classroom routines, adapted resources, and inclusive teaching strategies
• Encouraging communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
• Helping create a calm, focused learning environment where all pupils feel safe and supported

Ideal Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant For This Ealing School:
