What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with EHCPs or identified SEN needs
- Supporting students with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or emotional/behavioural challenges
- Collaborating with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver targeted interventions
- Assisting with classroom routines, adapted resources, and inclusive teaching strategies
- Encouraging communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
- Helping create a calm, focused learning environment where all pupils feel safe and supported
