What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with EHCPs or identified SEN
- Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties or social-emotional needs
- Collaborating with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised interventions
- Using visual aids, structured routines and sensory strategies to aid learning
- Encouraging communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
- Helping to create an inclusive, calm and safe classroom environment

- Empathetic, patient and committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning
