What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with EHCPs or identified SEN
• Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties or social-emotional needs
• Collaborating with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised interventions
• Using visual aids, structured routines and sensory strategies to aid learning
• Encouraging communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
• Helping to create an inclusive, calm and safe classroom environment
